We are a small Florida litigation boutique seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team.

This position offers a strong opportunity for a motivated lawyer who wants real litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and hands-on involvement in cases from start to finish. In our boutique environment, associates are not siloed—they are trusted with substantive work and play an active role in case strategy, motion practice, discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discovery

• Conduct legal research and prepare case analysis

• Manage case files and litigation deadlines

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and experts

• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Assist with trial strategy and trial preparation

 

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar

• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

• Litigation experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• Ability to manage multiple matters effectively

• Professional, self-directed, and team-oriented
