Jamie Olinto is a partner at Wedekind LLP, where she represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes. Her practice includes commercial and business litigation, contract negotiation and disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, fiduciary duty and trust litigation, employment matters, and bankruptcy and creditor representation.

Jamie earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class and being inducted into the Order of the Coif. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Florida.
She began her career at a Jacksonville litigation boutique and later became a partner at a regional firm. Jamie holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Her recognitions include Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Super Lawyers Rising Star, and Best Lawyers in America.
Outside her legal practice, Jamie enjoys creating floral designs through her family business, J.D. Blossoms, and coaching cross country at San Jose Catholic School, where her children attend. She serves on the School Advisory Council at San Jose Catholic and has previously served as Board Chair and long-time board member of Girls Inc. of Jacksonville, as well as a board member at San Jose Country Club. She is also active in her parish community.
